The Raptors have 5 roster players in Vegas: the 2 rookies Poeltl and Siakam, 2014 late-1st project Bruno Caboclo, and sophomores Delon Wright and Norm Powell.

Powell is the only one who has real NBA minutes under his belt and has been one of the best players in Vegas. Wright has shown promise and sneaky finishing ability in the lane. Bruno is making threes and running the floor, still 2 years away according to Fran Fraschilla’s draft night comments. Poeltl has been solid if unspectacular. Siakam had a good half-a-game, then got hurt and had to leave to handle his immigration issues.

The Raptors have also just signed Summer Leaguer Fred Van Vleet, an undrafted rookie PG, to a partially guaranteed contract. He’d be the 4th PG on the roster, so this could be indicative of a trade involving Wright or Cory Joseph.
